The Challenge
A residential sauna installation requires technical capability and careful coordination around the client’s schedule, household, and space. The project was timed specifically for when the family was not home, with the client present throughout to ensure everything went smoothly. The primary physical challenge was the installation location itself: sauna components needed to be carefully carried up two flights of stairs on a glass staircase, a delicate and physically demanding carry that required the crew to move slowly, carefully, and in full control of every piece.
Our Approach
Pure Install dispatched a field project manager on-site alongside a local crew to ensure the project was executed without issue. The team unpacked and inventoried the sauna components before carefully carrying each piece up two flights of stairs on the glass staircase, taking every precaution to protect both the equipment and the home throughout.
Once all components were in place, the crew assembled the sauna to manufacturer specifications, tested the unit for full functionality before leaving, and removed all packaging and debris from the property. The entire project was completed in six total hours.
