The Challenge
Assembling 500+ medical carts for a pediatric hospital network is not a standard assembly job. Each cart carried its own configuration requirements based on the department, location, and room it was designated for. A single misassembled or mislabeled cart delivered to the wrong destination could disrupt clinical operations. The project also required coordination across multiple receiving locations — hospitals, outpatient facilities, and primary care centers — each with their own delivery schedules and logistical requirements, managed without disruption to patient care environments.

Pure Install received the full shipment of cart components at its Montgomeryville, PA warehouse, consolidating and organizing components before assembly began. Each cart was assembled individually, with technicians following location, department, and room-specific configuration requirements.
