The Challenge
A full furniture swap in an occupied senior living facility carries stakes that a standard commercial installation doesn’t. Residents live and move through the spaces being worked in — dining halls, common areas, and shared spaces — which means any disruption to daily routines had to be minimized throughout. The compressed timeline added pressure: hundreds of pieces needed to be received, assembled, placed, and the old furniture removed and disposed of within a few days, with delivery logistics arriving from multiple trucks simultaneously.
Our Approach
Pure Install’s crew met transportation logistics operators on-site to accept delivery of hundreds of packages arriving from multiple trucks, managing the receiving process before assembly began. Chairs, ottomans, sofas, full dining hall furniture, and shared space fixtures were assembled and placed throughout the facility in sequence, keeping disruption to residents and staff to a minimum throughout.
Once new furniture was in place, the crew removed all existing pieces and properly disposed of the old furniture and debris, leaving the facility fully refreshed and cleared within the project timeline.
